Contamination can occur in the pipeline when unsuited product mixing, contaminated product, additives, corrosion and other sources are introduced.
Bureau Veritas utilises the following instrumentation GC, GC/MS, ICP and ICP/MS to identify the extent of the contamination and reports at ppm, ppb and ppt levels.
